Formal language in all plenary and abstract sessions will be English .
Clothing is informal for all occasions.
Hospitality & Registration desk will be open on:
Thursday, November 09, 2017 from 08:00-18:00 ; Friday, November 10, 2017 from 08:00-15:00.
Name tags and conference material will be handed out at the hospitality desk. Participants are requested to wear their nametag at all time.
A Professional Medical Exhibition will be held during the conference.All participants are invited to view the exhibition at Opening hours: Thursday: 09:00-17:00 , Friday: 08:00-13:00.
All visitors are required to have a valid passport, and for some countries, a visa is required. For more information please contact your nearest embassy to consulate or a local travel agency well in advance. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required. Please contact the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs for further information.
Letter of Invitation
The organizers will be pleased to provide a letter of invitation to any pre-registered and paid participant that is intended to help participants raise travel funds, obtain a visa or assist in going through Tel Aviv Airport security The letter of invitation is not a commitment on the part of the conference to provide any financial support. Please contact the conference secretariat.
Electrical equipment in Israel is 220 volt A.C., single phase, 50 cycles. Some appliances require an adapter for the plug that can be purchased locally.
